Custom Jewelry Design Process

At Universe Jewelry, we specialize in creating fully custom pieces tailored to your exact vision. Our process is designed for clarity, precision, and complete satisfaction from concept to completion.

Step 1: Design Consultation

Contact us to discuss your ideas, inspiration, preferred metals, gemstones, dimensions, and any special details or engravings. Our team will guide you through the options and answer any questions.

Step 2: CAD Design & Design Deposit

To initiate the design phase, a $100 non-refundable design deposit is required. This deposit covers the creation of a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering with accurate measurements and proportions.

Step 3: Revisions

Once your initial CAD is complete, you may request revisions to refine the design. We will adjust the CAD until you are fully satisfied with the final concept.

Step 4: Final Design Approval

After revisions, you will provide final approval to move into production. No production begins without explicit authorization.

Step 5: Final Payment

After design approval, the remaining balance is due. Production begins once payment is received.
